Archive sold products

Good afternoon everyone. I am looking for some help with a site I am building. I will be selling custom pieces of furniture and it would be hugely beneficial to have an archive of my sold products. So in essence, once an item sells it is removed from the sales page but displays in archive page where the item info, price and image/s are displayed. Is this at all possible?

You can do this manually by creating a second Store page for your archive. You can then manually move a product from one store to the other when it sells.

This is a good question.  I too would like to keep my product list tidy and archive items that are sold or I have simply hidden.  Is creating another store the only solution to this on the newer updated version of squarespace? My site is on version 7.2 I believe.  Would appreciate any tips on how you create another store (or is this simply creating another webpage that is not visible and listing the items there?).
