SEO site Description and Title are not updating in Google searches

Hey all, I have tried updating my sites SEO data, but as you can see by the google search- the title and description are different (Note the title is clearly different, and the description includes a 'space' between Pow and Soundz. I have resubmitted a site map but no luck so far. Any ideas?

Request for the page to be indexed and resubmit your site site map on Google Search Console.

Type in sitemap.xml in the "enter sitemap url" box.
