Text field

I am trying to create a field or box on the first page of this site, that requires the reader to enter any character and hit Enter to proceed to the next page. An option would be a button below the text field. 
I can’t find a simple way to do it. Right now I am using a modified form field for the text field and an ordinary button below, but it’s not optimal, messy and difficult to make it work. It doesn’t require the reader to enter any text at all, only to hit the button. Also, when the button is close to the text field it doesn’t work on the phone.

I'm not sure what the purpose is, but rather than use a form block with a hidden button and a separate button block, why not use a form with a button and enable the post-submit redirect to take the user through to the next page, you can also make the form field "required" so something has to be typed before clicking the button. Hope that helps!
