Guest Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 (edited) Hi there, I need to set up my scheduling so that my two different instructors may have their respective zoom accounts integrated into Scheduling. However, right now, all I can see is one Zoom integration for the entire class. Is it possible to have separate zoom accounts linked to the same class with separate instructors? Ideal Experience: If I book Yoga Class A with Ian, I get Ian's zoom link in the email. If I book Yoga Class A with Caitlin, I get Caitlin's zoom link in the email. I would prefer not to create completely separate classes for Ian and Caitlin, since they are the same class led by different instructors. Thank you in advance! Edited November 4, 2022 by AP7

JuliaWatts Posted December 5, 2022 Posted December 5, 2022 Hi @paul2009, did you get the answer to this. I have 2 staff with 2 different zoom accounts and depending on who people book with depends on what zoom details they get. You can do this through editing zoom and scrolling to the bottom to choose the calender for each person. All staff calendly accounts need to be under the sale business zoom account. I hope this helps
