Please post the URL for a page on your site where we can see your issue.

If your site is not public please set up a site-wide password, if you've not already done so.

Post the password here.

Adding a site-wide password does not allow anyone to alter your site. It only allows those with the password to see your site. Please read the documentation at the link provided to understand how it works.

Please read the documentation at the link provided on how to share a link to your site to understand how it works. A link to the backend of the your site won’t work for us, i.e. a url that contains /config/.

We can then take a look at your issue.

This is the link for one of the store pages:    https://www.alexandracabrerophoto.com/store/p/nv9cc1ue9ciiiwwvdxqr9mtica2mbq

I tried changing the layout but all it did was make the photo just a tad less cropped and it made the photo title very big.

Add the following to Store Settings > Advanced > Page Header Code Injection for the store page. Please see per-page code injection.

<style>

  .view-item .ProductItem-gallery-slides-item-image {

    object-fit : contain !important;

    }

  </style>

Be aware that you are altering the responsive nature of SS's layout. Responsive as far as images go, usually mean compromises in order to provide a overall more pleasing design.

You've changed the Product Detail Design Layout from Full to Simple, so the code broke.

Please let us know when you've picked a final design layout so we can try to provide a working code.
