MTAustralia
Hi, I was wondering if there is there a way to edit the 'Add to Cart' button on sold out products so that it redirects to a different page? If a product is sold out on our site I'd like to redirect customers to a contact form where they can email us instead, is there a way to do this for just products that are sold out, not every product on our website? Attached is a product photo page, I'd like to change 'Add to Cart' to 'Contact Now' and redirect them to our contact page. Thanks! Link to comment

Do you mean that with the product marked with sold out, when user click on add to cart, it will redirect to another page (the page with form)? MTAustralia
Yes! Thats exactly what I'm after, is that possible to implement on squarespace? Link to comment
Beyondspace
Basically, we can set the condition of sold out product to redirect the add to button to another link by some javascript code which is only available on the business plan or above ones. What is your current plan? Squarespace has a built in feature called product waitlists. After you enable product waitlists, a signup box will display on the product details page when a sold out variant is selected. Waitlists display on all sold out products, prompting the user to provide their email address. For more information, see Product waitlists. MTAustralia
Ok great, that will help somewhat, but there's no way to change it to showing a different button? Link to comment

You can do it.
