Confirmation Emails Not Arriving

Hi all, 

Customers aren't receiving confirmation emails when they donate. Also no confirmation emails when they buy a t-shirt (via the Printful integration). I've tried changing the from email to  the default address but that didn't help: no-reply@squarespace-mail.com 

Any suggestions?
