How do I add a drop shadow to the text on my menu?

I would like for only the top level menu items to have the drop shadow.

Do you mean something like this?

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

.header-nav-list > .header-nav-item.header-nav-item--folder > .header-nav-folder-title {
  text-shadow: 4px 3px 10px rgba(0,0,0,0.69);
}
