How do I add a carousel to a layout page

I'm trying to add a carousel gallery to my home page layout. Each has an image and text. Ideas? Is there code I can add? Chat says it's not possible.

Can you share your website URL? and where you're trying to add the gallery? 

The site isn't live yet. I'm trying to add it on a layout page as a section. I'm attaching a screenshot of the section. I'd like to add 2 more image/text blocks that one could scroll left or right to view.

I think this would be a good solution for you:

It allows for you to design complete sections with whatever content that you want on each slide.
