Blue background color on Mobile Only (7.1 Website) Updated Safari browser on iPhone 12 Mini

On my browser, everything seems fine-- including when I switch over to the mobile version to see how it is supposed to look. But when I pull my website up on my iPhone in Safari, I see an ugly blue color in the background which has no business being there. Would appreciate any help in fixing this.

Click Manage Extensions (the jigsaw icon in the top left corner of the browser) to see if your extensions are affecting how the site is displayed to you. It looks fine to me:
