Cursor change on hover over video block

I'd like to have the cursor change to a "watch" text while hovering over video blocks. All other links should remain the same. See reference here: https://www.farmleague.us/

It requires javascript, which can be only available on Business Plan or above, to implement this feature. What is your current plan?
