Is there a way to add spacey / spaceship sounding audio like this website? using music from SoundCloud youtube or uploaded but to have it hided? I'd like it to only play on one page? 

I've looked in the source code but i can't find the music file? any idea how i could do something similar?

I wouldn't recommend having the controls hidden, no one likes music playing that they can't turn off, they will simply leave your website instead, so a pretty bad user experience.

I think if you go to the website i left as an example the user can turn the music off buy tapping the little icon of a wave is it possible to give the user an option to turn off the music? I would only want to add this to one page not all pages

This is certainly possible, but you'll may need to custom code a solution to get that effect. That said you might be able to get the look you want by using that plugin I suggested and changing the play/pause icons to be an animated SVG or a GIF.
