HELP! Title Size Font on mobile version

Hello Community! need some help with this issue!! PLEASE

In the mobile site's version the Image Block: poster Title and Subtitle appears this way:  its kinda difficult to read it. I tried changing in the Site styles Editor but theres is no change in mobile version

im currently working with these 2 codes on these class (Not sure if this is the problem) :

@media screen and (max-width: 640px)
{.sqs-block .image-block .sqs-block-image {border-top-widht: 110px !important;
  border-bottom-width:100px !important}}

@media only screen and (max-width: 640px) {.content-fill {
  padding-bottom: 110% !important;
  padding-top:30% !important}}

I want this whole content to be readable and dynamic  h1: font-size: 25px ; p: font-size: 16px>
