site title font size in mobile view

i am increasing the font size in site tile, it increases in my desktop view but not in my mobile view. how do i change the size of the site title font in mobile?

the website is www.be-with.org there is no password

i’ve trached a screenshot of the home page. i’d like “being with” across the top left to be a larger font.
