How to align the site title to the navigation bar?

Site title seems to be aligned to the top of the text box and the navigation to the middle. Is there a custom CSS to fix this?
On the site title option (using Avenue Template, Squarespace 7.0) there is no line height feature for the site title.

I check that it is different from the description you gave before.

Hi, I have a similar problem. I am using a custom font-css for my Site Title and Navigation bar. I set them at the same font size. But I can not figure out why my Site Tile is not aligned top with the Navigation bar. Can some one help?  Thank you!

Hi, I've figured it out!

I had to remove the css code-font size I inputed for both Site Title & Navigation. So it would revert back to the website's template default font sizes. Then went into Site Styles>Assign Styles> Site Title or Site Navigation and set them both to the same font size desired there. See screen shots.
