ElinLoow Posted October 18, 2022 Posted October 18, 2022 Site URL: https://elinloow.com Hi! Not sure where to post this, but I got an email from a person who can't view my website in Google Chrome on her computer. In Edge it works normally for her. I always work in Chrome and have never had any problems. It's a 7.1 site using fluid engine. Now worried it's not just her. Any idea what happened? Can she have accidentally blocked some basic functionality of the website, or accessed some kind of screen reader version? See screenshot - that's all she sees and can't click anything. 😐 Thanks!

The site looks great to me 🙂. It sounds like a localised issue for that particular user. It's impossible to troubleshoot a remote issue but it's probably something simple like: an outdated version of Chrome they have installed third party privacy blocking software or Chrome Extensions which are preventing the Squarespace code from loading properly. Using an Incognito window may prevent these from loading. We like to know if our posts help. ElinLoow Posted October 18, 2022 Author Posted October 18, 2022 Thank you, Paul! 🙂 Yes, hoping it's just her and a local issue then. Those are good guesses on the source of the issue.
