Can't Connect Mailchimp and Squarespace Properly

I'm having a difficult time connecting Mailchimp with Squarespace. I followed the steps, connected the block with mailchimp and google drive but the contacts aren't rolling over to mailchimp. Over there it says there's a connection error but Idk what that means or how to fix it. I have disconnected everything and reconnected, also created a new block but still the same issue.
