Change Portfolio Footer Navigation Color?

Hi all, I am trying to figure out how to change the navigation at the bottom of the subpages in my portfolio but I can't find where I can edit this as clicking on the footer nav won't open up any settings. 

Hi, add this code to custom css (design > custom css) and replace 'red' with the hex of your preferred colour of choice
