Yinka97 Posted October 17, 2022 Share Posted October 17, 2022 I want to add a product on my website which customers can customise i.e. the colours, material, text etc. however, I don’t want multiple variants. I want the stock to be based on the number of blank canvases or the “main variant” to be the size of the blank canvas. The customisation is dependent/available based on whether the canvas size is available. I hope this makes sense 😄 (I kinda drew out what I’d like format to look like) I also want to add a text box where customers can enter their preferred text (I want to cap this to 10 characters) rather than getting to the checkout to do so. Another thing: how do I exclude a particular product from discounts and promotions? Thanks very much in advance!!! Link to comment

Squarespace hasn't been designed for products that require customisation such as engraving or embroidery so doesn't offer a way to influence the price except using variant options. However, assuming that the purchase options do not need to affect the price, you can display these options using a Custom Product Form.
