DaveCh Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 Folks, Just wasted an hour of time with this issue... My new webmaster has her display setting on Windows 11 set to 150% as her eyesight is not as good as it used to be. She was trying to link a PDF to some text on a page and was missing the Link Editor dialogue on the left-hand side of the page. We did all the usual stuff like turning off pop-up blockers, clearing cache, etc. Luckily I had brought my laptop with me and was able to see that it was working properly on my system. I noticed that her fonts were much larger than mine on the same sized screen and so checked her display settings and sure enough she had it set to 150%. I changed it back to 100% and it worked properly. The behaviour is the same in both Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10 and Windows 11. It would be good if SquareSpace could recognize this 150% setting and either display a warning or put scroll bars on the screen. I have attached screen snapshots of the Windows Display setting, the dialogue at 150% (missing Link Editor component) and at 100% (working properly). /Dave
