Editing form button style

Hi, need contact form button help! 

For some reason editing the site styles for my buttons doesn't change the button on my contact form. Looks super weird. See attached photos for reference. 

Any ideas on how I can fix it?

Also - while I'm here does anyone know the CSS for this ugly dropdown? It looks like it's from windows 2000

Change button text color, size or?

@tuanphan I'd like the "submit" button to look the same as the "send inquiry" button - so changing the size, font and color - it doesn't seem to work when just editing the button style.
