alienhart Posted October 13, 2022 Posted October 13, 2022 Site URL: https://www.dogwoodtrailquiltco.com/ This has finally been resolved, but I wanted to get some clarity on the issue. I just had a customer (bless her for hanging in there) that could not get passed the shipping screen on my checkout. She's a repeat customer and just order yesterday. Today, it would not let her go passed shipping to payments. Her address was saved to her account so it populated during checkout. It was the correct address! I asked her to create a new address and make it the default. That did the trick! Any ideas why this would happen or how to prevent it in the future?

k-cowman Posted July 27, 2023 Posted July 27, 2023 (edited) Hello, my customers are having the same issue! Was this ever resolved anywhere where I could see the solution? Thank you! Really hoping to fix this! UPDATE: I believe I found a solution that may be helpful! On my site, my shipping options were all calculated. However, I am not paying for the version of Squarespace that allows calculated shipping rates. Hence, none of them showed up at checkout, and my customers could not continue past shipping (because they could not choose a delivery option.) I went into Shipping settings, changed all my rates to a flat rate, and added the prices manually, and they all showed up at checkout. Now the continue button is visible, and my customers can move on to the next step in the checkout process. I hope this helps anyone who has the same problem!
