francesca70
Site URL: https://strawberry-tuna-sbc3.squarespace.com/ Hi, I'd like to create various new labels to use instead of SOLD OUT in the shop area. First, I need to create labels such as 'through gallery' in case of a whole category of products. I have tried your advice on https://sf.digital/squarespace-solutions/squarespace-products-changing-sold-out-to-sold-or-something-else, but I believe I need the coding for Squarespace version 7.1. Related to the 'through gallery' status for a whole category of products: would it be viable to remove the 'purchase' button in this case? Second, I also need to mark as 'on hold' some specific products. I have used the instructions described in your guide: https://sf.digital/squarespace-solutions/adding-a-custom-product-badge-to-squarespace It shows the badge when I visualise all the products in a category, but I don't see the label in the product page. Is there a way to display the badge also in the product page? Related to the 'on hold' status: would it be viable to remove the 'purchase' button in this case? Many thanks in advance! Link to comment
tuanphan
Hi, First add a tag: through-gallery for these products, then share link to a product, we can give some code to add badge. If it works, then you can repeat similar for other products Email me if you have need any help (free, of course.). Answer within 24 hours. It is specifically for changing the Sold Out label. To add a separate custom label like 'Reserved', see my other guide here: Adding a custom status badge to Squarespace Products. I hope this helps.
