My calendar only shows events for the current month

This is because you have created separate Events Pages for each month - one called /october, one called /november and so on. You'll need to add all your events to a single collection of Events so that your calendar shows all the upcoming events. To avoid recreating the events you can move events from page to another.

One further question, is it possible to put month titles in at the start of each month? You'll see all our events now on the one page, but we'd like to have a 'November' heading, for example, if possible.
