Change Color of Hyperlink Text over image on Hover on Home Page

I created a Home Page and have hyperllinked text over images leading to my actual site page portfolios. I want to have color change on the text when hovering over them. Please help.

Try this code in your Custom CSS (change the color to your preference in HEX or RGB):

I would recommend that you make the text blocks the full width of the images they are on top of so that you don't get the text wrapping that I'm seeing here:
