Move announcemnt bar below menu

Please support and send me a CSS code that allows me to push the announcment bar below the menu and another css if i want it pushed after the column saying middle east relations.

You can't put the announcement bar in amongst the section on the page. If you want a thin section with text and a link under the banner, then just add a section and style it to look like you want.

I want it for all pages to be there under the menu

I added it in the CSS in the desgin tab
