Change the link on navigation folders in Brine template 7.0

Hello. I wanted to know if there's a way to make the main folder button in my navigation link to a page rather than the first link of the folder. So, if you click the the main folder link "Reshades" it just goes to the main page that holds all the links. I want it to link to this url:

https://skylabnyc.com/reshades

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Be aware that it won't work on mobile as you have to be able to click on the folder link to expand the contents of the navigation folder.
