Square space store orders not going to print full….

What step am I missing? My square space orders aren’t connecting to print full how do I fix this? I thought was supposed to be easy they would automatically connect and orders process.  I have billing methods set up. I have three pending orders I don’t know how to get fulfilled unless I manually go order from print full which would be a pain.   I’m new to this and at a loss.  I just want to get these orders filled the easiest way possible.   I had to of ,issued something in the process   Thanks in advance
