It is not possible to change the way that the abandoned checkout recovery feature works. There are no built in settings and it isn't possible to modify this with code or third-party products.

For the benefit of anyone reading this thread, it's probably also worth mentioning that this is an abandoned checkout feature, even though Squarespace describe it as abandoned cart in analytics. This might seem like a small distinction but I mention it because customers will not be emailed if they add items to their cart and then leave. They must navigate to the checkout page and input their email address (or log in to your website using a customer account) otherwise they will not receive an email.
