This is a fairly niche requirement so there isn't a built-in feature that can do this but, as mentioned in the thread you referenced, it could be built with some custom code. For that to happen, we'll need some further information from you. For example, the following would help plus anything else you can provide:

• the URL of the website where you want to add this feature so that we can take a look
• some example zip codes that you service (or some zip codes that you don't service - whichever list is smaller)
• details of some zip codes that need to be serviced by an alternative site, and the urls of each alternative site
