Getting text blocks side by side on mobile version of site

If you want to control the layout on mobile using the Fluid Engine editor (you should be able to upgrade this page section) gives you that flexibility. I think you need to change your setup on desktop as well, this is what I see, nothing is lined up or legible:

For a table like this where it's really important for everything to line up, you could try using the menu block:

Or you could code it in HTML yourself, or use a plugin like this:
https://www.squarewebsites.org/squarespace-plugins/custom-table-block

At very least you should break up the text blocks so each new area has a new row rather than putting everything together.
