I was given a code snippet to add to square space but it is not working?! Please help

Recommended Posts

I am making a website for a new medical practice and will be using Charm EHR which provide a way to link our calendar to schedule appointments. I was able to make it work on godaddy but cannot figure it out on here. I have to put in our website and our EHR website but it continues to have an error message. Anybody have an idea? I reached out to the EHR and said talk with square space.

Here is the code.

<iframe width="100%" height="1000" src="https://ehr.charmtracker.com/publicCal.sas?method=getCal&digest=f1e4cd7a7c5eb2ccf8a9c147b374c49597001c2b6617aa025df2c0678c51a0ec2da6cec48e5020f04aa5333837b335a7debf17855dc5f624" style="overflow:hidden;" frameborder="0"></iframe>

Thanks, Michelle

When I try and add this myself, the error message I get is related to authorizing the URL to display the content. You will need to make sure that you authorize all of your domains including the Squarespace one that ends in .squarespace.com. (you can see this when in the dashboard editing the website, but don't include /config/pages). You will have to do this in the settings on Charm EHR.

If the error message you were seeing was different, could you include it?

Please like and upvote if my comments were helpful to you. Cheers!

I ran into this exact problem trying to embed Charm EHR appointment code in Squarespace.

I was only able to solve by upgrading Squarespace from the "Personal" plan to the "Business" plan.

The second issue I had was I was trying to add via the "Embed" block but using the "Code" block seemed to be the way to get it working.

Was anyone able to get this to work? I can add it as embed or code but is there no way to turn that into a button? It doesn't look great on the website at all.

You can send embed code, I will try test some code.
