How do I redirect to a next page after completing Veriff Verification on Squarespace

Hi All,

I have managed to embed the snippet into squarespace where the verification step happens without leaving my web page. However after completing the verification the callback URL (automatically moving on to the next page) does not work unfortunately.

Veriff does have a callback section but square space does not understand the decision of the webhook and hence why it does not perform the actions based on this and therefore the redirection does not work.

Is there a way to ensure after completing the verification steps SquareSpace will move the users automatically to the next page instead of getting stuck into the same page.

It is difficult to understand what you are trying to achieve as you haven't provided any details of the website, the purpose of the verification or how you are trying to achieve this currently. It will help us if you can provide more information - see How to Post a Forum Question.

If you are trying to add an 'identity verification' stage into the purchase workflow on Squarespace Commerce, I should point out that this isn't possible.
