Menu Stack instead of Line

Is there a way to stack the menu aligning it to the left? rather than having it all as one line?

This is how it is at the moment:  

And this is how I want it: 

Is this possible?

You should be able to do this in 7.1, something like this should give you a start:

.header-nav-list {
    display: block;
    flex-wrap: wrap;
    border-left: 3px solid #666;
    padding-left: 24px;
    padding-top: 6px;
    padding-bottom:6px;
}
.header-title-nav-wrapper {
  align-items:top;
}
