GMC
Site URL: https://lily-smilodon-skf3.squarespace.com I am struggling with the slideshow gallery on my homepage. I need it to be responsive. Do I need to (a) use media queries or (b) disable the desktop version and create another one for mobile that is only visible on mobile? I could use some assistance with either recommendation. I'm using 7.1 Thank you! Link to comment
Ziggy
Hi @GMC, the slider banner is set to a minimum height, so stays tall on mobile, this technique is a good way of keeping your text visible and shortening the height of the banner: https://www.will-myers.com/articles/responsive-full-width-gallery-section-images BrooklynM 1 Please like and upvote if my comments were helpful to you. BrooklynM
Thank you, Ziggy, for the step-by-step video! It was super helpful. I've never written CSS code before and was so shocked -- SHOCKED! -- that I was able to successfully resize my gallery images so they're responsive on mobile -- and I learned everything just from watching your video. Thank you again! Link to comment
