List elements only allow title tag H2 - No Option to change to H3

I can not change the title tag from H2 to H3 in titles of generated list elements. The titles are automatically declared with Heading 2, altough I need Heading 3. Is there a solution for this issue? It works perfectly with FAQs e. g.

There are two ways to go.

CSS Only - it is possible to change just about any tag to have any font characteristics you want. So even though H1 thru H6 have their own default characteristics you could target H2 in a particular area and change it.

JavaScript - with it, it is possible to change H2 to H2. It is also possible to target specific areas of a page.
