link page to download digital product purchase don´t work

Hi,

I´m testing the commerce tool and when buying a digital product the link to the download don´t work both Safari and Chrome, errors below...

How to solve this?

I had the same issue on a PDF file. Saw this message board and it was helpful seeing your response. I replaced all the special characters and then the error message was gone. Thank you for posting it. It helped a lot.
