ShannenA
I need to cancel my SS subscription for a few months for financial reasons. I've read that all of your website content is marked for permanent deletion 30 days after you cancel or let your site expire. I would let the subscription expire, but I want to reactivate the website in the new year. If it's actually deleted 30 days after the subscription expires, that isn't an option. So then I was considering unpublishing it. If I make my site private, will I still be charged for my subscription? Or is there another way I can temporarily cancel my subscription but still be able to reactivate the expired website in a few months? Link to comment

ShannenA
I do-- I have a commerce plan with a lot of products listed that would be difficult to recreate. Thank you for the info! Would there be another way to suspend the website for a few months and not be charged until it's public again? Link to comment
