Try this code:

.header .header-layout-nav-right .header-nav .header-nav-item--folder .header-nav-folder-content {
  text-align:left;
  left: 0;
  min-width:200px;
}

It looks like there's padding on the left, but I can't tell what's causing it when it's not live on the website.

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Use this new code

.header .header-layout-nav-right .header-nav .header-nav-item--folder .header-nav-folder-content {
  text-align:left;
  left: 0;
  min-width:200px;
    margin-left: 0;
    padding-left: 0 !important;
}
