Google Workspace - Registration failed

Hi,

Yesterday I successfully created a new domain using Squarespace.

When I try to create an email for it I get the error: '

Registration Failed

 

This domain is already connected to a Google Workspace account. Try another domain, or follow steps to remove this domain from its existing Google Workspace account.'

I got in contact with Squarespace chat support, they send me a form I should in order to get the CNAME and fill it as a custom record for my domain.

I did this step but on Google side i get the message that they couldn't find my DNS record.

Did anyone get this problem?

What is the domain?

About me: I've been a SQSP User for 18 yrs. I was invited to join the Circle when it launched in 2016. I have been a Circle Leader since 2017. I don't work for Squarespace. I value honesty, transparency, diversity and good design ♥.

Did you complete the form to let Google know it is your domain? If you did, they'll have sent you a CNAME record that you need to add to your domain records to verify you're the current owner of the account. 

When I checked your domain, this CNAME record had not been created.

I have the same problem: registration failed. I've connected the domain (logostraininglab.com) and got a free 2-week trial with Google Workspace but when I got to subscribe to it (with a 1st year free deal on my business starter Squrespace plan) the registration failed. Please help. The email is already registered, it seems but I can't access it. Each time I try to log in it tries to charge me.
