Embed a code to the squarespace contact form

Since I upgraded my pages on my website to fluid engine, I m having trouble embed a 17hats code (17hats is a business management platform) to my squarespace contact form. I used to be able to add a code by directly adding a block-> then choose code -> paste my 17 hats code to the contact form but now it is not possible anymore - The block button does not appear on top of the contact form anymore and is only on the side of the section. (please see picture attached).  Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi @Lilihenry, can you share the website's Squarespace URL and site wide password if you have one?

I'm not entirely sure I follow the problem, are you adding code to a Squarespace form, or is the form itself a complete embedded form from 17hats?
