Choose location before appointment type

Hello,

I have 3 hair salons that can have different services and prices.
I would like my client to be able to choose the location and then the type of appointment on the Acuity appointment page.

Is this possible?

You can add form questions with tick boxes and maybe use the name/location for each choice, simple. The other option is to create three different appointment types/forms.

Hey! Doesn't look like this was ever solved and I am trying to do the same thing. Now that CSS is only available with powerhouse plan, it seems impossible to make this look normal. Acuity seems only to be serving specific types of providers.

I want folks to be able to choose a "location or store" before having to figure out what type of appointment. Is there a way to do this without having a separate booking page for every single location? Also the "with" is impossible to change?
