Slider with text, image and background image

I have a client that wants me to design their Squarespace site. They're a book author and want a slider similar to Kami Garcia or Fonda Lee's website. I have been searching for a few days and can't find anything that will allow:

• Text box on the left side
• Image of their book on the right
• a background image

I would prefer to not use just an image in a slider because the text isn't selectable or easy to alter if any changes need to be done by the client. And they don't want to keep hiring me to edit images for them, but just want to upload themselves.

Normally I would just code this, but the client isn't very knowledgeable in coding and choose Squarespace because it was supposed to be easy for them to manage themselves after I design the site.
