Homepage like beyonce.com (?)

Hey there! My client would like me to make his website (www.officialdavidhernandez.com) cover page look like Beyonce's current cover page (www.beyonce.com). Full images, no padding, and the text links stay in place. Can anyone help me create custom code to make something like this work? Thanks in advance!

It looks like you're using 7.1, it shouldn't be a problem for you to make image full page on each section. You could set the header to fixed and transparent, and if you want the overlay text, you could achieve that with some code injection and CSS, maybe use this as a starting point:
