My custom code is being overwritten and I don't understand how to fix it

Hello community,

When I initially created my website, I injected a code block in my store to better showcase my services (the standard templates focus on products but didn't fit my service business). Everything worked well for a year.

This week however, I noticed that buttons in my store are no longer legible. The code that dictates text colour is being overwritten to the same colour as the background. I've found a temporary fix to make it legible. However, I would like to understand how to fix it in the long run. Are you guys able to help please?

Hi @bangank36 thanks for checking, I do still need help!

What you can see on my website currently is the temporary fix I mentioned in my original post. I haven't found a way to change the text colour of the buttons, so I've changed the background colour. But it doesn't sit well with the overall design and I still don't know how to fix the text colour getting overwritten.

Try the following code to change text color for button

#collection-607589d24ea7e5122971974d a[href*="store"] {
  color: red;
}
