Where did the other font drop-downs go in Styles?

When I go to change the fonts on my website, the only option I get is to change the Body Text. Headers, etc., are missing from my options. 

I don't see any other menu pop up that will address this.

What am I missing?  Thanks in advance!

I don't know if my answer is going to be completely helpful.

But I've found 7.0 to be a bit glitchy like that. Sometimes it shows all the fonts, sometimes it doesn't.

When that happens, I try to reload the page. Or log out and log back in.

Or, navigate to a page where you have used headings in the content and then, when you are in Site Styles, click on the headings and hopefully that should bring up the font for you to style.
