Padding in the edit window is radically different to the live website

I'm editing my website in the full screen edit panel, and the padding looks good and as expected around the titles.


However, in the same resolution and aspect ratio after saving the website, the padding is totally different.  

Does anyone know why this may be the case and how to stop it? 

 

Try adding to Design > Custom CSS
