Showing Options

Hello,

I am creating product pages for photos I am going to sell. I have 2 options for variants, Size and Paper Type. 

First off, can I change the word 'Material' to 'Paper' instead somehow? 

Okay, main problem time. I have the product variants set so that some paper options are only available for certain sizes. When I select ones size (say the smaller one) than the option that the other sizes can be printed on (say the larger one) disappears from the variant drop down. 

Is there a way to have the other options stay visible and just automatically switch the size to accommodate paper choice?
