Mobile: How can I align the author and category in the blog feed with more than one category or authors?

Hi, how can I align the author and category in the blog feed with more than one category or author for mobile? The layout is not aligned and has a lot of padding. Where can I find or edit this part? Please see screenshot below. Appreciate in advance any help for this. Thank you!

Currently changed it back to the two authors so you can see the layout. Is is possible to have author on top and then the category/tags below?

Add to Design > Custom CSS
