How to edit a features layout to include more features

Hi all, I'm trying to add a fourth "feature" module in the features layout in the chotto motto template but can't for the life of me figure out how to do so. 

I can't add a spacer in the middle of the page or add an image that isn't full width or successfully replicate any of the modules from the template design.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You mean add one more layout same as screenshot or?
